Hi! So, I really love baking cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and pastries, but mostly cookies and cupcakes. I have my best friend, Keeley, to help me to, as Im sure she would love to help. I’m kind of young, in my “teen years”, and very experienced in website making and such. I also am very good at cookies and cupcakes, but mostly cookies. Cakes are the funnest though! I would mostly doing it for friends, family, and neighbors, but when I’m older I plan to go to the school of Culinary Arts in new York city. I’m very mature for my age. I’m also about to take my first baking class at Jo Anns (woo!) and I would love to start my baking career now. How do I go about this? Thanks! (also, if I just do it for close friends and family, do I need permits in north Carolina? Thanks)
